She began her career in sales, but has primarily worked in Human Resources. She has almost 15 years of experience in the field of Business and Human Resources. She has served in recruiting, performance and career development, inclusion & diversity, employee engagement, training and organizational development roles.
Nicole’s passion lies in career development and coaching, creating a sense of inclusion, belonging and engagement for people to thrive in the workplace and speaking to inspire people to live their best lives inside and outside of work. She has led the development and execution of company wide inclusion & diversity strategies, organizational development and employee engagement efforts in her corporate roles.
She has spoken in a variety of settings to different audiences both personally and professionally from corporations, conferences, regional events, colleges & universities, faith-based organizations and more. Nicole is a Certified Master of Career Services (CMCS) and received her CMCS credential from the National Career Development Association. She has a Masters in Human Resource Development and a Masters in Business Administration from Clemson University in addition to a Bachelor’s in Business Management.
