Find some time to connect to your spirituality today.  This is not about religion. 

No matter your faith or beliefs, find sometime to connect on a deeper spiritual level within yourself. 

You can do this through faith-based practices.
 

For those of us who celebrate Easter, it may be through a virtual worship service.

You can also do this through meditation or mindfulness techniques. 

Many people hear the word “meditation” and tense up.  Meditation and mindfulness practices are simply designed to help quiet your mind.  

Meditation and mindfulness are great ways to relieve stress and honor your spirit through stillness.  

There’s so many meditation app options both paid and free such as headspace (paid options) and insight timer (free and paid options).  You can also download these on your phone.
