Let’s move!

Take 30 minutes and get active. 

You can go for a walk, bike ride or run.  

You can jump rope, hopscotch or hula hoop.

Whatever you do, make sure you move today to get your blood flowing and shake the dust off after a long week.

This is a great stress reliever as well.
